Issue: For some customers, jobs and forms are loading slowly or are not loading at all.
Summary: For some customers, jobs and forms load very slowly or not at all on the Jobs List, Forms List, and Schedule View screens in the web app. In some cases, jobs load but the details about locations and service providers do not. The same behaviour is seen on the mobile app.
