Issue: The IronSight Analytics service is unavailable to view dashboards and charts.

Summary: The outage occurred around 11am MT and was resolved just before 1:30pm MT. Users who attempt to access dashboards were shown this screen:

This did not affect other IronSight services such as Dispatch Hub or Forms.

Resolution
Service restored as of 1:25PM. Underlying cause was a synchronization issue with the data warehouse used for reporting.
