How to complete Jobs with stops?

A Stop in IronSight represents a planned pickup or dropoff location for a job. It acts as the point where the driver confirms the location they visit during the job.

Stops help ensure location accuracy and traceability:

  • When a driver reaches a site, they can confirm that they’re at the correct location or update it if they’ve been rerouted.

  • This ensures that the actual pickup or dropoff locations match what was truly visited, even if they differ from the original plan.

In short, stops bridge the gap between the planned route and the actual field activity, providing reliable data for manifests, compliance, and reporting.

1. Start the Job

  • Open the job (for example, Split Load Hauling).

  • Tap Start.

  • You will be asked to enter line items. Add if they apply to you. If not, hit "Skip", and the job will be completed.
