Dispatch Hub Release Notes

The Dispatch Hub Release Notes provide regular updates on development releases for our IronSight Dispatch Hub and mobile applications. This document is meant to keep you updated on new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Let me know if you need additional details.

Release 23.0.489 - July 7, 2025

User-facing changes:

Structured Search:

  • Fixed an issue where date filters broke on page refresh

  • Fixed a UI issue that prevented selection of locations after a certain number

  • Ignored archived activities when populating searchable custom fields

  • Added cost center description subtext — both the text and subtext are now searchable

Other user-facing changes:

  • Fixed an issue where re-opening a job created a paused event in the wrong timezone

  • Improved PDF generation performance by removing the check for “matches rate agreement”

Other changes:

  • Removed the ability for global admins to create new tenants via the UI

  • Improved performance of week view [FEATURE FLAG]

  • Fixed a bug that blocked enabling the week view feature flag

  • Replaced job filter API to use JobSearchDTO

  • Ensured slugify function and trigger were properly defined [MIGRATION]

  • Ignored custom fields without titles in structured search

  • Refactored the bulk update command [FEATURE FLAG]

 

Release 23.0.491

User-facing changes:

  • Introduced the receiver certification workflow in DH [MIGRATION]

Other changes:

  • Completed backend work to support saved filters

Release 23.0.493

User-facing changes:

  • Replaced the old filters on the jobs list with Structured Search (now out of beta)

  • The old filters and search remain accessible via a toggle

    • Note: filters using the old search are disconnected from the rest of DH but are still persisted in the browser.

  • Allowed archiving of parent locations when all child locations are archived.

  • Fixed an issue with searching jobs by followers

Other changes:

  • Allowed duplicate user accounts across different organizations

June – Release 23.0.477

User-facing changes:

  • Fixed an issue where product/service import ignored dates when creating a new item

  • Fixed an issue where line items were missing the green check mark when a signature was added on a non-complete job

  • Continued polishing the structured search UI

Other changes:

  • Continued improving the performance of job search


June – Release 23.0.478

User-facing changes:

  • Improved sensors in the Admin Portal:

    • Fixed trigger config timeout

    • Added estimated loads per day to the triggers table

    • Removed cluttered markers from the trigger chart

  • Displayed error messages on line items and signatures for 3rd-party followers

Other changes:

  • Advanced TypeScript conversion work

  • Improved structured search UI and performance:

    • Sped up queries using the additional details filter

    • Optimized search execution by enforcing query order

    • Standardized the use of raw filters in job queries

  • Reduced unnecessary log generation to improve CPU and memory usage


June – Release 23.0.479

User-facing changes:

  • Improved the performance of location sync for tenants with large location lists

  • Hid signatures and line items on PDFs from 3rd-party followers

  • Enhanced the sensor charts in the Admin Portal

  • Polished the structured search user interface

  • Removed the old/unused inventory actuals table [MIGRATION] – ran post-release

  • Improved structured search performance

June – Release 23.0.480

  • Added a loading indicator to the job count

  • Displayed the organization name in the structured search header

  • Continued improvements to sensor visualizations and logic

June – Release 23.0.482

User-facing changes:

  • Added “matches rate agreement” functionality to line items in DH and PDFs

  • Fixed a bug preventing organizations from un-partnering via the Admin Portal

  • Fixed an issue where the form assignments UI disappeared

  • Tweaked PDF layout for e-manifest

  • Enabled assignment group filtering in structured search

  • Fixed routing issues with batch filtering

  • Ensured structured search filters persisted after logout

  • Fixed a bug in location export that used status description instead of status name

  • Built backend support for advanced tag search logic


June – Release 23.0.484

User-facing changes:

  • Added a loading indicator to the location filter in structured search

  • Updated polling logic:

    • Set default refresh to 60 seconds after the previous successful reload

    • Disabled automatic retry if the last refresh failed — manual refresh is now required

Other changes:

  • Improved structured search activity filter usability

  • Standardized timezone parameter naming in invoice export functions

    • Helped improve invoice exports, though some issues may still persist

  • Fixed issues with “matches rate agreement” on line items:

    • Resolved errors when selecting a resource/service provider on a requested job

    • Corrected logic to persist the agreement value upon approval


June – Release 23.0.485

User-facing changes:

  • Enhanced structured search capabilities:

    • Enabled location searches to include all child locations

    • Preserved batch filter selections when editing

    • Introduced tag filter modes: All of / Some of / None of

  • Improved the Sensors/Triggers table in the Admin Portal

May 2025 - Dispatch Hub Release 23.0.464

🛠 Bug Fixes 

  • Resolved the issue that displayed pool availability responses from other service providers to the assigned service provider in the audit log.

Apr 10, 2025 - DH Release 23.0.458

Feature Updates

 

  • Introduced the capability to create line items based on specific routes.
  • Products and services can now be linked to specific locations and tags, indicating valid pickup and destination points.
  • New columns have been introduced in the Admin Portal to display the associations between locations and tags.
  • Enhanced reading smoothing for more precise drop reporting.
  • Triggers in the Admin Portal are now sorted alphabetically for ease of access.
  • Dispatch Hub now uses the location associations to filter and sort products/services when creating a line item.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue that occurred when editing or importing forms in the form builder, which affected the dependencies in field group lists.
  • Fixes the issue that prevented users from navigating to the next page while editing forms in the Dispatch Hub.
  • Fixed the issue that caused errors when a sensor received readings before completing its configuration.

April 25th, 2025 - DH Release 23.0.461

🏷️ Product and Service Enhancements

  • Location and Tag Associations via Sync
    You can now add location and location tag associations to products and services during the sync process, making it easier to organize and categorize your assets.

  • Export Enhancements
    Exports of products and services now include associated locations and tags, providing a complete and accurate record.

✏️ Data Entry and Validation Improvements

  • Tagging Restrictions
    To maintain clean data and avoid formatting issues, we now disallow special characters (commas , and colons :) when tagging locations and forms.

📩 Communication Updates

  • Approval Email Fix
    We've resolved an issue where the "Send for Approval" email was not sending. Approval workflows will now trigger emails properly as intended.

🖥️ Interface and Usability Improvements

  • Job Card Display Enhancements
    We’ve improved how long line item names are displayed on job cards for better readability and usability.

    Minor visual updates have been made to the division selector to offer a cleaner and more intuitive selection experience.

🎯 User-Facing Improvements

  • Tag Locations via Sync
    Users can now tag locations during sync—using existing or new tags—streamlining location organization and searchability.

  • Location Tags Display & Export
    Tags are now visible on the locations table and included in location exports, giving you better insights and reporting flexibility.

  • SP Location Import/Export Access
    Service Providers can now import and export their owned locations directly from the Admin Portal—a long-awaited capability now available!


📱 Mobile Release Notes

30th April 2025 - Mobile Release 3.3.6

We’re excited to announce the latest improvements in the IronSight mobile experience. This release focuses on usability enhancements, improved location visibility, and critical bug fixes. Here's what's new:

🔄 Updated Location Interface

  • Redesigned location UI for a cleaner view.

  • Location tags are now supported, allowing for more precise identification and filtering.

👤 Requester Info UI Refresh

  • Additional requester details are now accessible via a blue info icon, replacing the previous blue text.
