Not getting jobs

Hey our company uses this through a third party to dispatch . You have two glaring issues . If a job is sent the program isn’t set up to do a forced search to automatically scan for new jobs and two if the data isn’t top type and slides to lte then the jobs don’t show up regardless . I have tried hard shutdown and soft shutdowns to find the orders . Tonight I completely blew off a job because the signal didn’t get strong enough to make 3G until I was quarter of the way back to the office . The places we work have weak signals by nature . I’d hate to get fired because the program isn’t able to lower its data down to lte . The fix is easy .. send out the a smaller data package . And program in a forced search every 30 seconds with an alert tone. I am running an apple iPhone 11 .. I don’t get a choice of how I am dispatched please for the love of god fix these three small program errors .

Please know we are already working on allowing alert tones for notifications when using the application. I will communicate the other 2 mentioned concerns to our developers: App to automatically refresh information every 30 seconds and a smaller data package. Login not allowing on mobile app

After resetting my password multiple times and confirming correct spelling I am still unable to login on the application. However login works fine on desktop. Additionally the recovery via email does not work through the app and only through desktop.
