# Guest Requester Guide
## Learn how to request, keep track and approve jobs for the service company(s) that invited you to join IronSight.
### Accepting IronSight Invite
Once a Service Provider has sent a **job for approval** to a guest requester, IronSight will send an email notifying the Guest Requester to review their job in IronSight:
When the Guest Requester clicks on the link to “Review job”, one of three things will happen:
1. If the user has not yet confirmed their account by creating a password:
- This link will prompt them to create a password. After the password is created
- it will redirect you to the login screen, and once you log in it will take you to the job
 
2. If the user has already created a password, this link will prompt them to log-in into IronSight to see the job
3. If the user has already created a password and is logged into IronSight, this link will take them to the job side sheet
### Creating Jobs
Your access to IronSight allows you to request jobs, assign the job to a service provider company(s) and to approve jobs you requested.

### Approving Jobs
You will have access to jobs if you are the creator, requester, or a follower on the job.
You can find your requests on the app, or on desktop - in the requested or followed by me buckets, or by searching your name in the pending approval bucket.
The approval process allows you to 'Reject' or 'Approve' the job - once approved, the service provider will bill for the work.
Click on Approve if everything looks correct.
Click on Reject if there is anything you need corrected prior to approving. The service provider can resubmit the job for approval once those corrections are made.
