How to Cancel a Job in IronSight
If you’ve created a job by mistake or need to cancel one that is no longer required, you can do so quickly in just a few steps.
Open the Job
Search for the job you want to cancel from your job list, this can be a Requested, Scheduled, or Active Job. Click to open it.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the three dots
Once the job is open, scroll down to the bottom of the job details page. At the bottom right corner, you’ll see a three-dot menu (...)for additional actions. Click it to reveal more options
Select “Mark as Cancelled”
From the menu options, select “Mark as Cancelled.”
The job status will automatically update to Cancelled, and the job will remain in the system for record-keeping.
Additional Notes:

Only users with the appropriate permissions can cancel jobs.

Cancelled jobs cannot be edited but can be Re-opened or Archived.
