How to Download Analytics Charts?
This quick guide will help you review and explore your analytics dashboard with ease. Whether you're a first-time user or need a refresher, here's everything you need to know.

Accessing your Analytics Dashboard
1. Log in to your IronSight account. Click “Analytics” from the left-hand menu.
2. Within the "Dashboards" section, you'll see a list of your organization's dashboards. Select any dashboard name to open it—available dashboards appear in the left-hand menu. If your dashboards are organized into folders (such as ABC (Anadarko)), use the arrow beside a folder to expand its contents.
3. Click on any dashboard name to switch views.
4. If your dashboard has multiple tabs, you can click on each tab to switch back and forth.
Filtering the Data
1. At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see filter boxes (pill-shaped). Click a filter to open a dropdown menu.
- For Date filters, you will be able to filter using date ranges or using specific dates.
- For Dropdown filters, simply click on the down arrow, select the required options from the list of options, and hit "Add Filter".
2. To remove a filter, click the “X” on the filter box
Exploring and Reviewing Data

Scroll through the dashboard to view different data tiles and charts.

Hover your mouse over charts or numbers to view tooltips with more detail.
3. Click on any data set to get more options.
4. Select "See these Jobs" to open a detailed view of your bar chart.
5. To export the data you see, use the download button located at the bottom right corner of the dashboard.
6. For additional filtering options, click the drop-down arrows next to each column header.
7. Hit the back arrow on your browser to go back to the dashboard.
Exporting the Data
1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on a chart to view or download the data.
3. Choose your preferred file format, then click "Download".
