How to Navigate the Jobs Beta Release

Structured Search (Beta) lets you filter jobs by specific fields and combine multiple filters to refine results quickly.

Getting Started with Structured Search

How to Add a Filter

  • Click into the “Look for…” field.

  • Select a field to filter on.

  • A filter chip appears, allowing you to specify search criteria.

  • Depending on the field type, various filter options will be shown (see Search Options below).

Sorting

Structured search allows you to narrow down results to exactly what you’re looking for, reducing the need to sort by multiple columns to try to find particular jobs. The jobs list can now be sorted by:

  • Job number created date, ascending or descending (this is effectively the same as sorting by job number).
