Summary: The IronSight platform experienced an outage around 8am MT that has affected users in one of three ways: slow performance, cannot access forms or jobs (appears as a blue spinner), cannot login or work in the platform.

Full service has been restored. For users experiencing problems loading information on the web app, please log out, refresh, and log back in.

October 25, 2022 09:48AM - Service has been restored for the majority of users. Some users are experiencing issues with locations not loading in tenants which is being actively investigated.
October 25, 2022 08:58AM - Team determining root cause of performance issues for remaining users. 
October 25, 2022 08:14AM - Partial restore of platform performance for some users. Others continue to be affected by slow loading jobs/forms or unable to login.
