# 2022-07-21 Never-ending Blue Spinner in IronSight Mobile App v2.0.20
**Issue:** Never-ending blue spinner in IronSight mobile app
**Summary:** If a user has edited a job form offline, leaves the app, and then upgrades to 2.0.20 without reopening it, the updated app will not load and the user is shown a never-ending blue spinner.

**Resolution**
1\. Download the new app (v2.0.21)
2\. Kill the app and re-open it.
**Updates**
July 23, 2022 10:43AM - Resolution posted and temporary workaround removed.
July 22, 2022 1:18PM - App is widely available and users are downloading the 2.0.21 version of the app.
July 22, 2022 11:43AM - App has been released to app stores.
July 22, 2022 10:30AM - Estimate an end of day July 22, 2022 resolution. Hotfix will be released to app stores as soon as possible.
July 21, 2022 3:46PM - Testing of hotfix underway.
July 21, 2022 10:46AM - Became aware of the issue from some users who were upgrading to version 2.0.20 of the app.
