User-Facing Changes
- Restrict service provider admins to accessing their managed clients' locations, cost centers and company details in the admin portal
- Allow unmanaged service providers to manage their own policies from the org section of admin portal
- Allow users to select/deselect location, job, and resource layers on the map
- Update the UI for the cost center and creatable selector fields, to make it clear that you can create new ad-hoc values
