• when you log in, you are brought to the jobs page (or, for users who can't see jobs, the forms page), instead of the 'home' page
• location import/sync changes
  • enable the new location import and history from the admin portal for energy producer admins (note there is an outstanding issue where a hub admin can't see the history if there are runs from other hubs; fix in progress)
  • increase the tolerance chance on lat/longs in the location sync (should fix the sig fig discrepancies)
  • if coordinates in the CSV file are 0 or blank, the IronSight values are not overwritten
  • better error messaging when the sync fails
