User-facing changes
- use paginated jobs API in project view
- bulk update from a project now uses the same format for bulk updating as the jobs page
- you can now update custom fields from a project
- when selecting multiple jobs, select all only selects all jobs on the given page, not all jobs in the whole project. You have to select all jobs on each page in order to select all jobs.
Bug fixes
- fixed an issue where the summary duration in a cell on week view was incorrect after editing the actual duration of a completed job
- fixed an issue where sometimes you could not click on jobs within an assignment group
- cancelled and completed jobs can no longer be dragged at all on week view

- priority filters are reset on page navigation or browser refresh, on both the jobs list and the schedule > day view. All other filters persist.
- the motivation for this change was to be consistent across dispatch hub, and decrease the possibility of users missing new jobs.
