- Form Builder: "Open in Form builder" now opens in a new tab via the admin portal.
- Create Client Button: A service provider admin will only see the "Create Client" button if their organization has the "Connect to Demand" entitlement
- Company Short Code Validation: Unique short code validation is now only triggered when editing the short code of an organization in the admin portal. If the short code remains unchanged, uniqueness is not checked.

- Add job number and link to ad-hoc forms, making it easier to cross-reference this information without requiring users to re-enter job # on forms or building specialized dashboards
- Allow specified custom fields to be cleared when a job is cloned
- Fixed an issue where the PDF would not download if the pickup location was undecided
