- Fixed an issue where you could not open a archived job if it was in the new priority
- Add error handling to the receipts endpoint used by IFS
- Tweaked the attachment permissions on Dispatch Hub
- Attachments can be added until job is approved by anyone who has access to the job
- Attachments can be removed until job is approved by dispatchers/admins or whoever added the attachment
- Add a way to manually upload a location CSV to initiate a location sync via the admin portal

User Facing Changes
- Add the ability to manage sensors from the admin portal for Global Admins only. From the admin portal you can create and update sensors and add triggers to generate jobs automatically.
- Display sensor information on locations via the Map. Any location with an associated sensor will have a new sensor tab which will show information about the sensor (current tank level, historical levels, etc.).
- Fix an issue where some jobs were not editable in the completed state.
- Fix an issue where the job status filters sometimes disappeared.
