Does IronSight's mobile app work offline?

Yes. Users can view jobs, chats, locations, etc. while offline. However, an internet connection is needed to send or receive updated information.

Why can't I grant permissions for Motion and Fitness?
There's a global setting for Motion and Fitness that may need to be enabled. Check this by following these steps:
For iOS:

Go to your phone's Settings.

Click on Privacy & Security.

Click on Motion & Fitness.

Confirm that the Fitness Tracking toggle is turned on. If not, toggle it on.

Kill and re-open IronSight.

Clicking on "Grant permissions" should now work.
For Android:
- Go to your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Apps & notifications for IronSight .
- Tap Permissions Physical activity.
- Click Allow.

Something's wrong with the mobile app, but I'm not sure what. What can I try?

Try killing the app and reopening it

If this doesn't help, try logging out of the app, killing it, the logging back in
