How to Use and Save Filters in the Mobile App?

Filtering jobs in the IronSight mobile app helps you quickly narrow down to the exact jobs you want to see. You can create and save filters based on Divisions, Resource types, Service providers, Job status, Approval status, and Locations so you don’t have to set them every time you log in.

Log in
- Open the IronSight mobile app and sign in with your email and password.
Find Saved Filters
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the Jobs page to find the Saved Filters option.
Add a new saved filter
- Tap the Add Saved Filter button.
Choose filter options
- You can filter by:
  - Sort (e.g., Start date earliest, Created date most recent, Assigned resource)
  - Date range
  - Priority (New, Normal, High, Deferred, Filler)
  - Divisions
  - Resource types
  - Service providers
  - Job status
  - Approval status
  - Locations
  - Adjust Sort, Date range, and Priority
    - Tap on any option in the list of sort options to choose how jobs are ordered.
    - Tap Date range to limit jobs to a specific time frame.
    - Tap a Priority option unselect it (tapping removes the blue highlight).
Apply specific filters
- Example: To filter by Resource type:
  - Tap Resource type.
  - Tap Clear to remove all current selections.
  - Check the box next to your desired resource type(s).
  - Tap Save.
- Repeat the same steps for Divisions, Resource types, Service providers, Job status, Approval status, and Locations until you’ve narrowed down to exactly what you need.
Save the filter
- Once all desired filters are applied, tap Save and Name Filter
- Enter a name for your filter.
- Tap Save again.
Re-use a saved filter
- On future logins, scroll down to the Saved Filters section at the bottom.
- Tap your saved filter name to instantly apply it and see the results.
