- added a feature flag that hides MAD (Manage Account Data) so that only the admin portal is accessible
- once this is released, we can start turning this on for tenants and they will no longer be able to access MAD directly. MAD will still be accessible via URL if there are any critical workflows that have been overlooked in the admin portal
