3.3.20 (December 2025 iOS and Android)

User-facing changes

  • Updated stop confirmation behavior to prompt users to select a location and specify a date and time when:

    • The requested location has coordinates of (0,0) for both pickups and drop-offs

    • The user’s current location is within the geofence of the requested location for drop-offs

  • Removed the ability to remove all inventory from a stop

  • Updated receipt icons

  • Removed duplicated “dropoff” wording from stop confirmation

Other changes

  • Stop forms are available for testing in BETA only

    • Configuration is behind a feature flag in the admin portal and is currently enabled only for BETA

3.3.19 (November 24, 2025 iOS and Android)

User-facing changes

  • Improved notification deep linking so tapping a notification opens the related job instead of the main menu

  • Improved iOS foreground notification behavior

  • Updates and polish to stop confirmations

    • On jobs with stops enabled, the big blue action button now prompts users to complete stop confirmations before filling in job forms

      • Job forms are still required before a job can be completed; only the timing of the prompt has changed

    • Stop receipts now appear in job history

3.3.18 (November 12, 2025 iOS and Android)

  • Improved auto-population of inventory when creating jobs on mobile, ensuring pickup and drop-off configuration respects the selected activity

  • UI polish and usability updates to stop confirmations

    • Updated audit log to include stop history

    • Minor UI improvements to the stop confirmation workflow

    • Added ability to view a location by tapping the stop confirmation green checkmark

3.3.16 (October 20, 2025 iOS and Android)

  • Minimum supported iOS version is now iOS 15

  • Saving a breadcrumb when starting or completing a job

  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on iOS will now log the user out

3.3.15 (December 2025 iOS and Android)

This release is a follow-up to 3.3.14 and includes improvements to job cloning and pickup handling.

Bug fixes

  • Improved job cloning to ensure pickups and their associated inventory are copied correctly

  • Improved pickup behavior during job requests so that pickups are removed when their final inventory item is cleared

Release notes

  • The 3.3.14 rollout was paused early on Android and iOS

  • With these improvements, rollout is expected to resume Monday following validation

3.3.14 (December 2025 iOS and Android)

User-facing changes

  • Releasing the first version of stop confirmations

    • This functionality is dependent on the job stop confirmation setting in the admin portal and resides on the services (activities) form

    • The default value is set to None for all activities

    • This toggle is currently only visible to global admins

    • With the configuration set to None, there are no user-facing changes in the mobile app

    • With the configuration set to Optional, drivers can add stop confirmations while executing a job

      • A button is available in the UI to confirm stops

      • There is no requirement and no change to the big blue button behavior.

    • With the configuration set to Required, drivers must add stop confirmations while executing a job

      • The big blue button will prompt the driver to add stops

      • The job cannot be completed until all locations on the request have been confirmed

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue that allowed cloning a job with an invalid resource type or activity pairing (for example, when the activity was archived or no longer connected to the resource type)

3.3.12 (July 31, 2025 iOS and Android)

User-facing changes

  • Users on Android 11 and lower (inclusive) will no longer get updates to the app
  • Support additional job information in notification content [behind a FEATURE FLAG]
  • Swapped two icons which were flipped in the rate agreement dialog

3.3.11 (July 10, 2025 iOS and Android)

This release includes everything from 3.3.9 which was effectively rolled back (on Android only) due to the camera issue:

  • Fixed the open camera crash
  • The app will stop trying to page through data if the user does not have permission to view that entity
    • This stops field workers from requesting a lot of resource GPS locations they don't have permission to view. Not really user facing but should use less mobile data
  • Fixed a bug where archived resources were not properly hidden on the "assign to" field of job requests
  • Added rate agreement icons to line items (indicates if line item matches rate agreement)
